Membership in the platform Business for society
How to become a member?
Any business, which is actively involved in the development of social responsibility, corporate donorship, and which has a responsible approach to the community, stakeholders and the environment, can become a member of the platform.
Participation in the platform is open to all businesses, which as part of their CSR activities support environmental projects, and social and humanitarian projects, projects promoting non-commercial culture, the observance of human rights, educational development, renovation of cultural monuments and others.
Premier Member
Any business, which is a leader in CSR or has set up processes and targets in CSR which it gradually fulfils, can become a Premier Member. The business needs to actively participate in the development of responsible business practice and have a complex approach to the communities in the key areas. The business sets its commitments on its own, according to the principles, and can voluntarily adopt international standards in individual areas. Members of the Club Donátor as constituent members of the platform are at the position of Premier Members.
Any member can become a Premier Member after the fulfilment of the following steps:
- Membership in the platform Business for Society lasting over 12 months
- Active fulfilment of drawn-up CSR goals
- Clear engagement in the development of social responsibility of businesses and a responsible approach to the community and society
- Engagement in more than one strategic area (Responsible Leadership; Workplace; Environment; Donorship and Community; Benchmarking, Reporting and Measuring).

A member company respects three basic principles:
- Awareness of its role in society and responsibility to companies, clients and to the community in which it does business, as well as to the whole society.
- Systematic, transparent, and long-term support of public-benefit activities. A responsible business acts upon the needs of society and supports the areas of greatest need. It voluntarily supports also unusual projects aimed at providing assistance to those in need.
- Commitment to protect the environment and use of a wide range of tools to reduce the impact of its activities.
